Costs differ for each language interpretation, language translation, and or localization project.  Components, such as content, complexity of text, use of language, project tasks, project volume and setting, affect the project cost.

The customer is therefore presented with a written cost proposal upon document / project review prior to project start.  The cost proposal details project tasks and a final - firm - project price.  Costs for project tasks are differentiated (e.g. administrative versus translator, editor, etc.).

For quality assurance and consistency throughout the translation, interpretation and or localization process, glossaries of terms are maintained and updated for each customer.

The on-line file folder allows a secure upload and download of files in any standard file extension.  This feature can be used to present project documents for review.  Please be assured that I treat my customers with respect and honor their request for confidentiality.

Documents are released upon receipt of full payment.  Payments can be made via Money Orders, Checks or via secured on-line Credit Card payment center.  All major Credit Cards are accepted.  A 5% service charge of the total transaction amount is passed on to the customer for Credit Card payments.

Discounts apply to large volume projects
and projects from repeat customers.
